This App was designed for those runners who want a simple plan to help them place higher in their own age group at races. The initial plan is geared towards preparing for a 5K/10K/Half-Marathon race, but other race distances may be added in the future. The plan is based on information gathered from multiple sources as well as personal experience using the plan.

For those training in hotter climates, there is an App called Training Pace in the Apple App Store to help in making pace adjustments due to hot and humid conditions.
